MAGNERS NORTHERN IRELAND
Magners Light Spring into Summer – a festival of fashion in the city!
MAGNERS POURS OUT THE STYLE
One of the most famous landmarks within Belfast city centre, St George’s Market, was the setting for the Magners Light Spring into Summer Fashion Extravaganza.
The famous market proved to be the model venue for the style show, which took place over two evenings and featured some of the province’s top models strutting their stuff on Northern Ireland’s longest catwalk.
An audience of fashionistas watched as the models stormed the catwalk bringing excitement and glamour to a two-day feast of fashion, as well as being entertained by up and coming Irish music artists indie band The Panama Kings and singer Joe Echo. All rounded off by a cool Magners Light over ice to complete the mood.
The opening night of the Magners Light show ‘Hit the High Street’ featured clothes by leading High Street retailers Vero Moda, Marks and Spencer a/wear, Murray and Co Jewellery, Red Herring, Jack and Jones and Debut by Debenhams.
The second night with its ‘Deadly Designer’ theme showcased collections from Remus Uomo, Marina Rinaldi, Emporio, Nine Chichester Street, Orchid, The Lingerie Room, Jonathan Keys Opticians and Designers at Debenhams.
Nicola McCleery, Brand Manager for Magners and Magners Light, says, “The evening provided a great start to the new fashion season and we were all delighted to have the opportunity to toast the new collections with a glass of Magners Light.
“The show would have been fabulous in any European city, but St George’s Market in the heart of Belfast provided a stunning backdrop for some great new looks and dazzlingly creative interpretations of fashion classics. Fashion, entertainment and Magners over ice proved a winning combination for a memorable evening: a runway success in fact!”
